The Platform
BuildTrust is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for end-to-end bid management on high-end construction projects: it centralizes technical documentation, the quoting process, and AI-assisted comparative bid analysis.
The system replaces the manual workflow of email threads and spreadsheet comparisons with a traceable, auditable, and scalable end-to-end process—from technical project close-out to formal award.
Document traceability
Versioning, approval states, and signature records on every drawing, specification, and contract. A permanent, auditable history.
AI pipeline
Normalizes heterogeneous bids—Excel and PDF files from different contractors—with mandatory human validation before any data is recorded.
Structured comparison
Line-by-line matrix, detection of omissions and pricing anomalies, and benchmarking against the historical record of quotes.

Project Status
In active development. The first version covers the full bid workflow, from technical close-out to award.
The system is designed and validated in collaboration with leading firms and investors in the premium residential sector, using real historical datasets to calibrate the analysis pipeline.
The architecture is conceived as multi-tenant SaaS from the outset, allowing new firms in the sector to be onboarded without structural redesign.
