The Workflow

Four sequential stages, from document upload to the final decision, with people always at the center of control.

  1. Document upload

    Specifications, drawings, and bids from each contractor enter the system in their original formats—heterogeneous Excel and PDF files—with no manual prep work.

  2. AI normalization

    The pipeline extracts and structures the line items from each bid, unifying nomenclatures and units into a common, comparable schema.

  3. Human validation

    Before being recorded, every normalized data point goes through mandatory review. Nothing enters the comparison without a person's confirmation.

  4. Comparison and decision

    Line-by-line matrix, detection of omissions and pricing anomalies, and historical benchmarking to support an auditable award.
